Manjimup has had a farmers market before. The last one wound up a few years back, run by an organisation that has since folded, and the town has been without one since.
This is a new one. The Manjimup Farmers Market Collective is a grower-direct community market, an initiative of Manjimup Visitor Centre Inc., opening fortnightly at Manjimup Heritage Park from Sunday 20 September 2026.
Grower-direct means what it says. The person selling you the apples is the person who grew them — no middle step, no repacking, and no guessing how long ago it left the tree.
With support from the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, the first markets include complimentary stall sites for local growers. That means room for producers who have never had a stall before, alongside the ones you already know.
Sunday 20 September. Bring your bags.
